NO NO NO NO! Jinx that therory its a plane! Look the whole triangle lights fits the exact shape of a kind of stealth plane(but I can't remember what its called), what you see on film was probably just a test flight or some sort of search and rescue mission. Well that's my therory.
It bounces at 55 sec., as ribrrell pointed out, with the camera. So I'm not sure but it seems fake at that point. With a shot like this it's hard to tell it would have to be look at and some work done on the original.
