@caterpillarV8 Yes an 04 f250 with a 6.0. It got 17.2 stock. As long as you keep it under 2000 RPM. I set my cruise at 68-69 MPH and its right on 1900 RPM. Thats the sweet spot. Try it, you'll get good MPG

@caterpillarV8 Hitting that 20 MPG is with a SCT set on maximum tune. But stock you should see 16 or 17 MPG under 2000 RPM. 2000 RPM or above, mine gets pure shit....lol

@venom8343 So only with the SCT. My buddy want's to sell me the SCT for $250.00. But since It's a 6.0 and I still have the EGR cooler in place, I thought It would mess up my engine. So how's It run w/ the SCT?

@caterpillarV8 Yes only with the SCT. I just put 4 inch exhaust on it but I've had the SCT forever. One of the cool options on a SCT is you can turn the EGR Valve off! You'll be smoking things out on the road you shouldn't be outrunning....lol...it's fast as shit!!

Avoid the banks products if you dont have money to burn. Spartan/blackmaxx etc are more bang for the buck when it comes to tuners for the 6.4

I would avoid banks products on all trucks except maybe the exhaust and intercooler. As for the tuner..I have am '06 6.0 myself and I am running an SCT X3 programmer with custom tunes from innovative diesel. Been running extreme street(150hp) for a year now and no problems. I think spartan does have a tuner for the 6.0 but you will not see the 300+hp tunes. 180hp I think is the max for a 6.0 tuner

my second choice was the edge Juice Platinum for the Ford 6.0L, it has built in gauges which i thought was pretty cool cause i really didnt wanna put in that pillar and guages inside. but the edge chip allows you to monitor the performance of your engines vital engine components and output value, ect...
