@loppan109 in terms of what? Level layout? Best suggestion I could give is to go outside and just take a look around you at how things look and how objects and structures settle together. Look in doors at interior layouts and try to mimic what you see. Thats the best way to achieve a good level layout in my opinion.

We don't. But there are far more Direct X 9 based cards and copy's of Windows XP than there are Vista machines.

With windows 7 and Direct X 10 hardware coming down in price at last, the market place will begin to change.

A PC emulator for the PSP, that's the most likely the reason. Or maybe the controls were mapped specialy.

It's more likely that the PSP was being used as a remote. It's also possible to stream video to a PSP handheld, or produce a video with FRAPS and simply upload it to the PSP, the button mash to make it look convincing.
