Thank you. I've used an ufficial patch downloaded from tesnexus.com, but the lion guy isn't there yet (damn!) and I don't know wich is the right for this mod. One more thing: at 02:00 of your video, in the left page there is "bla bla bla to bring this report and my tower key to you, ARCH-MAGE, bla bla bla". So, are you sure that I don't have to be the Arch-Mage? Thank you for your patience.

@Shayoden No problem. I'm sure you don't have to be. I'm not even in the Mage's guild with this character. Try to wait around different hours because I don't know if he's there a specific time. If that doesn't work maybe try to re install it.

@CprlCaboose Oh! Now there is! I had to uninstall the unofficial patch because the game didn't even start, and after disintalling and reinstalling Oblivion it didn't work yet! But I eliminated manually some files about the blood (downloaded from tesnexus), disintall, reinstall Oblivion and now there is! Thank you very much for your help. Without you I would have discouraged! By the way, at 08:04 wich mode did you use for modify the city like that? It's BEAUTIFUL!

Sorry, I have a question: when I go to the Arcane University, Jaeger isn't there. I can't find him. Is he there at one specifically hour? Or must I become the Archmage first (I'm not yet)? Thank you.

@Shayoden Do you have the mod installed? You don't have to be in the mage's guild at all. He should be there if the mod is installed. If not just wait until he shows up.

@CprlCaboose OF COURSE I have the mod installed XD I have NOT Shivering Isles and it's patch, but I downloaded the version of this mod that allows you to play it without Shivering Isles, but it doesn't work...
