The only reason Mello is such a big fan favorite is because he cheated in the game against Near. He knew he'd beat Near if he did what he did, and in death he beat Near-- and assisted in Lights capture. (It also says in the Manga that Mello had a higher IQ than Near, but because of his act on impulse due to emotion, he was lesser than Near) GREAT VIDEO! YOU GIVE MELLO JUSTICE
