Has to be the weight or the driver, my old 08' charger srt8 raped a 300 srt8 by a landslide. We traded cars and the charger still came up on top. They definitely added more weight to the new one.

#1 I have a Supercharged 300c SRT8 and I already know I'm faster than the new SRT8 cause i made a video of it. I'm waiting for the "redline" versions of the SRT8 300c and Charger to buy one.

#3 The new SRT8 didn't feel much faster than mine. I think the transmission is holding it back. If you had the 8 speed that audi has in their S8, you should be able to hit 200MPH.

I've got a 5.7 with just exhaust, tune, and intake and I stayed neck and neck with a 300 srt8... he started to pull away at about 90 mph, but other than that I was very surprised by the fact that I was right next to him

okay this says the 300 srt8 had a predator tune....thats why it pulled on the charger. I have a 300-C with the 5.7 Hemi with exhaust, K&N Intake and a predator tune and my 0-60 went from 6.1 to 5.4 seconds. I've beaten a SRT-4 AND A Stage 2 Legacy GT. Those predator tunes are amazing. Like night and day. When a predator tune for the new SRT-8 comes out it will be a different story!

@darioLable You do realize that the challenger, charger and 300c srt8s (for 2012) all share the same motor, same transmission, and same chassis. The challenger, charger, and 300 all have 6.4l motors. The challenger has a 392 package, but they ALL have 392 motors... like I said earlier, 6.4l = 392ci...

Im the guy who raced him that night. Great race but apparently the 300 only had a predator tune and a intake, but after watching his videos I noticed he ran a 12.60 in the 1/4. That is literally one of the fastest times in the world for a 300 with those supporting mods. Most guys run slower than that when they have drag radials. Something is kinda funny

@joshlerner92 incorrect. My Charger SRT8 went 12.51@113 with just Intake, Predator and T-Stat that is a pretty common time for those mods.

@TheVideoFixDotCom 12.5 is not common with these mods, what was your reaction time and the altitude where you live? 12.5 is what most see with a mildly cammed SRT8. 1/4 mile racing is all about the driver, so i dont doubt that you must can drive your ass off.

@jcsrt8 I dont know man I know alot of guys that are running mid 12's with my mods and alot of people on the LX forums run the same. 12.5 is not a good time for a cammed SRT8. My friends Spartan Cammed Magnum SRT8 runs 12.1-12.2 on street tires. I live in CA also we have bad DA here.

@jcsrt8 you are right, those times are not common with those mods...he must have a factory freak if hes running those times... most guys with cai intake, cann tune and exhaust run 12.8ish...most with cam run mids 12.5s while most with supercharger runs low 12s...what he stated that a cam srt8 running low 12 is crazy...unless hes also done heads also...its impossible.
