This is not in Tatarstan but in Nizhny Novgorod oblast. Tatars live on a very wast territory in Russia which is absolutly not limited to Tatarstan where in fact lives just minority of all Tatars.

I visited Safacay website and it's nice. My Russian is not that good so difficult for me. I think someday they will add an English lang bit here and there to help ppl like me who are not literate in Russian lang.

This is a great song! Not so many villages have songs dedicated to them. The Tatar village of Safacay is an exception from the rule.

Great beat Dima! Is that your bros music? I notice the use of c in Safacay is also the same as with the Turkish, Cumhuriyet is also pronounced as English J. How do you do the effects of of moving closer on a still?

Yes. In Mishar dialect "c" and "ç" are pronounced with beginning "d", "t". I do these effects with my Movie Maker.
