I suffer from panic attacks too. What works for me is a tea called Linden. Get the Tadin brand at Food for less, or the mexican food stores. Tila tea in spanish. It really works.
Your voice reminds me of my mothers!! She had a voice like an angel too!! She passed in 2007, which is when I started having panic attacks!! What works for me is listening to Karen Clarkes CD Second Chance. And lavender oils. ;-) God Bless You!!!
