Great work! My only comment is that it sounds a little choppy...the lines should really flow in and out of each other a little more...try to be a little more subtle and ominous with the beginning...try to match each other as though you're only one flute and the line doesn't stop. Great work! I ordered this for my summer camp and can't wait to work on it with them!

It's published by Zimmermann, the arrangement is by Guy du Cheyron de Beaumont. I bought it from All Flutes Plus in London but probably other sheet music shops have it too.

I´m from Czech republic and this is my favourit composition. I think itś better with the whole symphonic orchestra. It is a wonderfull composition...Smetana is my favourit compositor. If you llike this music, you must see the whole symphonic poem My Fatherland(Má vlast) It is wonderful

The composer is Smetana. He was from the Crezh republic. This piece is the second movement, which is named after the river Vltava, from a six-movement symphonic poem called Ma Vlast (My Fatherland).
