Yes it is. The Moebius Strip is supposed to have only two sides.

It is impossible for a 3D object to have only two sides - it needs length, width and depth or it cannot exist. Even a thin piece of paper has these properties, albeit it has a depth of less than 1mm.

Theoretically it could be made on a hologram, but it wouldn't exist in real life.
