I've seen that exact move done in streetball and I've seen guys drop because of it.
Something about the in and out between the legs leaves the defender off balance really bad. I've seen Bone Collector(Rucker Park/EBC player) a lot and people freakin drop hard.
I also watched an AND1 mixtape and saw a point guard do the same thing. The guy drops. I use the move too and I can pretty much guarantee getting by the defender every time. Never dropped anybody though...
Yes but when you're in the NBA you play better defence too, and what;s good defence? Sticking to your man. That's why NBA players get their ankles broken so easily compared to non proffessional players, it's because they play too hard.
