I can't believe that people would think these wind turbines are supposed to be quite. They have a generator the size of a mobile home on top of a 262 foot pole. The blades have a 271 foot span that is bigger than a Boeing 747 jet plane. The tips of the blades are traveling over 165 mph. They sure don't sound quite to me.
