@Leok450 no no. Motorcycles use a hydraulic system in spring forks, they're called hydraulic dampened telescopic forks. Since writing my previous comment i have learned that bicycles have hydraulic dampening too.

I am a bit of a noob at bicycle maintenance knowledge, thats why i watched this video....

I see why motorcycles use hydraulic dampening, but havent really heard of bicycles have any. I guess hydraulic fluid can be used as a substitute for filling up the frok wiht oil, as it is probably more viscous. Nothing a little wikipedia cant solve.

1,3kg rock shox sid team is heavy? Its one of the lightest air-shocks u can buy. I have it, i love it.
