  • whats best about this is he gets full workout in a 8 foot by 4 foot area. . Good stuff , and fan of rosstrainingcom

  • You're in very good shape to keep up that pace. You also have made a great habit of always keeping your guard up when boxing or kicking. Killer workout and style.

  • Good workout. Fatiguing. Looks like you might be a bit short on space but try to keep your jab a little straighter at the point of impact and put a bit more snap in it. I'm not hating honest! I'm saying cos it's a problem I have too :)

  • nice, i've started doing some of ross' workouts from his site,

they've convinced me to buy the books,

i do the burpee intervals before a weights session and that is just a fantastic workout

  • You're on the right track. I'd be more methodical with the approach. Ross was a great influence on the way I train; I've been doing his type of training for a year. I use kettlebells & TRX system in addition. Checkout crossfit videos as well. Crossfit is pretty hardcore dude.

Good luck & use glucosamine regularly with this type of training.

  • looking good

i am gonna use some of those elements

  • keep it going, best of luck to you.

  • du er meget kreativ og fit!

  • Takkar!

  • Nice workout man, props to you!

  • Thanks!

  • yeah, ross is the man. i got his infinite intensity book last saturday. i stayed up the whole night reading it. i was looking at this insanely bargained price product thinking "how does he not charge like $100 plus dollars for all this?"

guess you liked it too if you made a video about it. it is a fun way to train. you kept up the intensity good, too. great job

liked how you hung a heavy bag in the hallway! my fiancee would never allow that. lol =-)

best of luck man, you got

  • Yeah Ross training is good shit. I've been improvising with punching the matress on the wall, 2 20 pound weights and my bodyweight. Good results came.

  • good video, the only flaw i can pick out is your heavy bag work you had a lack of head movement.

  • Yes, been a long time since I did any stand up..:) Thanks, will work on it!

  • i cannot agree more.. i mean i know hes a good guy but my god his books and DVDs are worht more money than he sells them for.. he deserves more money per book than he takes. :D i agree his books and DVD do exactly as the dvd cover says. puts the WORK back in the worokout!

  • Nice workout. I love Ross's stuff too. You achieved more in 5 mins than most people do in an hour at a commercial gym. Plus you did it all at home, which further strengthens my opinion that commercial gyms are a waste of money. The masses are easily fooled I guess, this is the real s@!t right here!

  • I also own FTC, its VERY good

  • His material is currently my most valued material on strength and conditioning. I just can not get over how cheap he sells his books and the FTC-package.. He is truly a good guy.

  • Yep, Ross is a good guy. And yeah, I had to pay 3x the amount for other programs like CC that had a quarter the stuff. He keeps coming up with products, I'll keep buying. The NG and FTC programs helped me knock almost 30 pds off this year.

  • Hey! Well done man! Keep on keeping on! If you do not have Infinite Intensity I highly reccomend it!

  • Nice one, im going to try this later ;)

  • Cool! Did you like it?

  • Yeh it was a great workout, I had to modify it a little as my legs were still sore from the day before! I just did heavy bag, clap push ups, presses with a bar bell (20kg), and medball slams! That's the thing with this kind of training; you can just put in and take out to suit! Keep it up with the vids ;)

  • Great workout. I love the idea too, and its FUN doing that kind of training. But I need a good, solid non bounce med ball round that weight. Where'd you get yours?

  • Yeah, that was good fun! I made my med.ball..filled a basketball with sand. If you click my username you will find a "how-to", that I made (just filmed my first attempt at making a med.ball.).

  • Thansk. I'll talk a look.
