SEALs are Navy Special Forces, but they are the most heavily trained and the best of our armed forces

Green Berets are Army Special forces, just as important as Seals, highly trained and tough mother fuckers.

Delta Force is mainly a seperate unit, mostly counter terrorist spec-ops.

Rangers are the army's elite shock troopers. The Heavy hitters. they arent sent on many covert strike type missions. They are like the waffen SS of the U.S military, (in military strength, not Nazism)

Rangers and Force Recon can't compare the two they specialize in two different things like delta force = counter terrorism, rangers = shock troops, berets = train foreign malitias, force recon= Recon ect. Fact not opinion, of course all spec ops can do direct action and other things but that is all Rangers do.
