Thats one thing about NRPS - I could never sit still listening to them - always had to tap my toe, or something. Always thought they were never given the airplay they deserved. All they ever played was Panama Red. And all Donna Jean was good for was screeching...boy she used to annoy me. Ah, to each his own.
Good ol' Donna Jean. After '95, I remember she appeared on channel 42 from Concord, which was a religious station. The old men were trying to get her to say bad things about the Dead and Jerry, and for the most part, Donna refused to cop to it, only recognising her invigorated intrest at the time in spiritual music. She had cut her hair, and looked real uncomfortable. Good to see that once on board, you never lose the ability to jump on again. She'sa sight for sore eyes!
