I grew up in Argentina and in the early 80's we had this program, translated (dubbed) as Las manos magicas... I used to love it! can't find any video with the spanish version though, which I loved (Las manos magicas le diran la forma de aprender, bonitos trucos que de magia son.... el resto depende de Usted! was the song... :) thanks for uploading!

At the end of each segement there was a little sung jingle whose lyrics went..

During the jingle the hands would flip the little chalk board which had the credits written on it..

Nope, mid '60's. The hands belong to magician Marshall Brodein, who would become Wizzo on the Chicago Bozo show. I saw these segments a lot on "Garfield Goose and Friends."
