  • I think I missed the Big Sit, but I thank you for the idea. I want to start a mini sit (30 days)...I'd love support if anyone's into passing positive messages around. :)

  • Count me in! & thanks for info on ''the big sit''; I find that it is very beneficial to have peer support (even if indirect), in order to keep focused on, or create, a particular goal.

    This is (I believe) ONE key element to the crucial interchange of the individual with the collective.

    Would you like the discussion to stay pretty focused on our 'practice', or is this more of a focal point in order to begin a wider discussion?

  • Higher mental body - throat to crown chakra.

    Higher emotions - heart and higher heart (the latter is just below the throat).

    Pleasure, satisfaction, factual contentment, cordial, higher mental, atmic (crown) and beyond and below (center of the Earth and center of the cosmos for EarthStarPortal and SoulStarPortal chakras, respectively crimson to silver and blue-golden in color). Integrate these colors and you are connected to your 12th, 13th and 14th dimensional aspects, higher self.

  • You know your Chakras well... I think this will be really helpful... I've got this book, "Eastern Body, Western Mind" that discusses the Chakras, but I'm ashamed... I've never really cracked it open.
