Great machine - My late father owned a 4 pipe MK2 from brand new. He always marvelled at the sheer pulling power of the engine. In fact, he said that his ideal bike would have been the MK2 Sq4 engine in a Norton featherbed frame. I think it's a wonderfull motorcycle. If you ever want to sell it - let me know! She will be coming home as I live not 10 minutes drive from the old Selly Oak factory here in Birmingham.
Hi, thanks for the comment! She's lovely indeed isn't she? Personally think the Mk1 is the best looking SQ4, though your Mk2 is probably the better one in quality. Thermally at least....But post your vid, I'm curious. The more SQ4 on the net, the better :-)
Cheers Kees, My exhausts are away at the platers at the mo but soon as poss the vid will be on here, My mate is in the process of rebuilding his mk1 (1951), I will video his too, like you say "The more the better" Happy Squarieling.
