  • Hey, Bruce! That's some fine singer, your Melissa!

    Jessy (brokenstrings on BHO)

  • Man...God bless y'all.

I grew up singing stuff in church, never knew until I was older that my Mother spent a lot of her childhood in Hartford, AR where the people who wrote all these good old songs would gather and play...Albert E. Brumley was a close, personal friend of the man whose piano Mom learned to play on...J.A. McClung (just a rose will do), I guess my heritage is old gospel music, I know nothing else blesses me to hear/sing nearly as much as songs like this!

    zydeco gospel, oh yeah!

  • Good Sunday morning preaching from the King James Bible, punctuated with many loud "Amen's." People step forward at the invitation to accept Jesus, repent their sins and have them washed away by the Blood of our Lord. New Christians. Followed by fellowship dinner on the ground and then some great Bluegrass Gospel. It does NOT get any better this side of eternity! Thank you Lord Jesus for allowing me to live in the deep South. Amen!
