I imagine the pioneers of motion picture would think we're all insane for liking our films grainy, they strived for the perfect image, but art isn't always perfect - rather it's the imperfections which make the piece... the Mona Lisa's smile or Shakespear's use of grammar for example.

You need to use logic, mathematics and physics to find each other (I wouldn't know how that would exactly work, somebody with a physics degree help me out here haha)
