  • Excellent - very moving and lovely - by the way, the five pointed star is also a symbol for the present age - and it is also the symbol for earthly man. The sixth age will be a lovely age with the six pointed star as its symbol. All good and wise men, fear no evil.

  • are these ppl Christians or Jewish? O.o

  • Wow so beautiful :D i <3 it!!

  • As a historical (pottery) reproduction artist, I REALLY appreciate your amazing work! LOVE the explanation of how the strings open the heart and allow it to speak. You are both truly a gift to this planet : )

  • che parece Zeus el hombre xD

  • Also, before the 1600s, artists had no concept of historical costume or historical instruments, they depicted people wearing what at the time were modern clothes, and playing modern instruments. It was like if an artist today painted Jesus a denim work shirt and paint-spattered jeans, Caesar in a snappy military uniform with a lot of gold braid and a peaked cap, or King David playing an electric guitar.

  • So, they're basing the designs on Medieval illuminations? The painting they showed of David with the harp is Medieval, the harp in the picture was a Medieval harp. If it is authentic, the person who painted it almost certainly wasn't even Jewish. Painters and illuminators back then belonged to guilds, which barred membership to Jews and all other non-Catholics. Rabbis commissioned Catholic artists to make those pictures, and the costumes and instruments reflect the fashion of the times.

  • so if the notes are the letters, can you use this to "play" the words of the Psalms?

  • Comment removed

  • Yes, probably a Talmudic understanding.... Since Talmud is mere commentary & assumption, It makes sense they could assume the harps had the European style but its wrong like you confirmed.

  • How much does an harp cost???

  • Hello, magnificent video, I look for months for a lyre, and I have just looked at this video. Do you know or I can find one? Or, advise me one web sites so that I can buy one.

    Thank you in advance

  • "With due respect, I attacking a shape, I concerned a symbol, not a shape, use in pagan worship adopted by many Jews, this symbol is not biblical. Please with all due respect, please re-read the statement. " - Hello, Please learn how to count past 5 before spouting off ignorant drivel. The Magden David / Star of David isn't a pentacle.

  • Its a Jewish tradition for sure, but it doesn't mean God approves of it, nor was it part of his Torah.

  • Why are you replying to me Powernlove? My point was simple and had nothing to do with the history or appropriateness of the Star of David as a symbol of Judaism. A pentacle is a 5 pointed star therefore the 6 pointed Star of David is not a pentacle, which is what this guy i replied to doesn't seem to understand.

  • It's interesting that the notes on the harp strings were letters of the alphabet. The music that you played was therefore also the song.

  • The star that is used as a satanic symbol is a five pointed star. The Magen David isn't a pentacle; this star does not have five points, but six. It is formed by two triangles placed over each other.

    Bas

  • @Urgertbc Pentacle isn't satanic, only a symbol of the occult. The occult can be both good and evil.

  • @EarthernIndustry occults are societies that stand away from the Truth in God. So I dont see what you mean by they can can be good. O.o

  • @Jesusworshipper4eva The same way Christians can be evil.

  • @Jesusworshipper4eva ...not sure if troll of just stupid.

Anyway, ancient myths are all the same to me, but whats more important now, is the sweet music being played.

  • A pentacle is nothing more than a shape.

The pentacle shape appears in nature quite freqently. As it's entirely more mathmatical than really spiritual.

It sounds that you heavily beleive in Jewish Dogma. Be careful... as there is often poison mixed in with some of the truths.

  • With due respect, I attacking a shape, I concerned a symbol, not a shape, use in pagan worship adopted by many Jews, this symbol is not biblical. Please with all due respect, please re-read the statement.

  • I'm concerned about this symbol the so called star of David. Jewish virtual library: "relatively new...symbol...permitted no images of Him, was & still is opposed to the acceptance of any symbols." Jewish Encyclopedia: "sign on amulets." Deut 18:9-11, Ps 58:4. Jewish encyclopedia says it's connect 2 pentacles, used in worship G-d condemns, use to call spirit forces, Gen 6. Pentacles are even used to worship has-Satan. Hurting G-d, means separation & disfavor. I wait for the day at Isaiah 11:9.

  • yep
