Actually it's written by Jonathan Davis of Korn but he couldn't sing the songs for the soundtracks of the movie due to a contract with sony [i think or smthing like that],so he asked some friends to sing them ^^

I read the numbers and lines on any Piano Tab or Guitar Tab... heck almost ANY instruments tabs and I can play it on my guitar. Actually hate to tell you but it wasnt only David singing it. They mixed the voices of the different singers including David from Disturbed, Johnathan from Korn, Chester from Linkin Park, And Marilyn Manson. If you pay close enough attention to the sound of it you can tell without haveing to watch the videos about the creation of it all. But Johnathan Davis did write all of the songs, Forsaken, Redeemer, System, and Cold despite the fact that he had all these other people sing it to......

Jonathan Davis wrote all of the songs from Queen of the Damned, and he sang all of the film versions, however, on the soundtrack, each of Lestat's songs were sung by different lead singers of famous Nu Metal bands, Forsaken was the best cover, sung by David Draiman of Disturbed, and it is the only song on the soundtrack, superior to Jonathan David' original.

Thanks. Darker, huh? I did sing the verses lower than Draiman. However, I don't have much of a power voice. All I have is decent control of pitch. I try to hide my hilbilly accent as much as I can. Listening to a lot of British bands helps. Kinda like speach coaching. The camera was a bit out of focus. Didn't that give it enough of a sinister mood?

I got no music sheets. I learned it by ear. You should to. Sheet music sucks. I'm not a big fan of David Draiman so I don't wish to sing like him. I'm a huge Genesis fan so I was really disappointed when Disturbed did "Land of Confusion". I thought it was terrible. Thanks for the comment.
