wait. BUT it is so worth it. The place looks different then it does in the show. but since the fire they did remodel. I didn't know that the bowling alley is part of the restaurant. So while your waiting for your table you can bowl a game. lol

Finally I went to The Nook! It is soooooo Good!! No kidding. and despite of the fact that they are really busy the wait staff are the nicest people. With so many people I was wondering how they would know who came first. That was because my brother was blocking the sign that said check in here. lol Then it was like "oooh, that's how". And not just good Burgers and fries, but the onion rings (called Ryan Rings lol) are so good. It's a good idea to have an appetizer because there is a bit of a

When a fire shut down The Nook just before Christmas, the owners and customers immediately looked forward to the reopening. And that happened on Thursday, just five months later. So these guys reopend on May 5 2011. So they are open for business people! Yah!!!!

While they are rebuilding the locals are going over to Mpls to Matts Bar or The 5-8 Club. Both claim to have originated the Juicy Lucy. They have both been featured on 'Man vs Food' and 'Food Wars' on the Travel Channel.

The place did catch fire but they are rebuilding. They will probably be reopened within a year or two. I live in Mpls too and I always wanted to go but now....I think I better go to Al's Breakfast while it's still around.

yeah, not technically "to the ground", but in their words, it's "totaled". I'm sure they'll regroup and survive all this, the real loss is all that memorabilia.

If you like hair in your burger then this is the place for you! Also, if you don't want your money back and never get a call from the shady a** manager go here! We use to love this place until we found out the hard way that the meat is contaminated and management could care less.

We ate here on a trip to Minneapolis, because of this show, and OMG.. I have dedicated pounds of hamburger into making a stuffed burger like this, and it just doesn't turn out the same. This is one of those places that I would drive the 4 hours to, just to have a damn burger... Yummy.
