@808pipeline He sounded pretty amazing to me. It's not a super high song to sing in falsetto, but but difficult because some of the notes are right where the modal voice overlaps with the falsetto register. Most people can't sing those notes as smoothly without belting. As far as I heard, his voice sounded completely relaxed. But the guy next to him definitely choked on his note.

I think that you do an excellent job with your covers. The only thing that I would suggest is to put a little more stink on some of your vocals. By that I mean that they're a little too mannered at times & when I hear your enunciation as compared to that of the original, it's a little like the guys singing "I got me a Cadillac car..." on the beach in "Dreamgirls". Just let loose a bit & you'll have it nailed! You guys have excellent voices.
