I'm not sure i like this meditation. If it allows beings that are not truly there to help you to communicate at any point with you. I don't like the idea of opening myself up to communicating with things that are not good for me, even for an instant. I t agree with you on being able to control your own sphere of influence. I meant to say Meditating for WIDE openness can invite low vibration beings when you have not dealt with trauma, guilt or negative feelings first. There should be cleansing first. I have tried this and other meditations, trying to visualize anything and cannot see anythiing but black. I have no mind chatter at all, but I cannot connect. I used to have precognition and was able to have out of body experiences until my mid 30's (made boring meetings more entertaining), but afte I developed Temporal lobe epilepsy, I have not been able to visualiize anything. @IronWolfHunter I began meditaion when i was thirteen. here i am now 17 years old and now reach into realms of thought, and the higher version of thought being emotion, farther than many adults ever reach in their lifetimes. I am not braging i am just honest about what i can do. i will say that there are many paths for a human to travel though every human being has a unique path and a certain destiny to forfill. there are many distractions but just Be who you are and do what makes you happy.

I have a question for any who may be in comm with their "higher" self than I might be. Does this aspect of oneself feel pain (suffering), anxiety, sorrow, and the like? I'm not sure i like this meditation. If it allows beings that are not truly there to help you to communicate at any point with you. I don't like the idea of opening myself up to communicating with things that are not good for me, even for an instant. A woman, dressed in white, with black hair, who looked a lot like my nan who long since passed away, came up, holding a bouquet of flowers, and she sat on the gold cushion and I asked her if she was my guide, and she said no. I didn't feel that heart chakra open, so I stopped the meditation...

I have tried this and other meditations, trying to visualize anything and cannot see anythiing but black. I have no mind chatter at all, but I cannot connect. I used to have precognition and was able to have out of body experiences until my mid 30's (made boring meetings more entertaining), but afte I developed Temporal lobe epilepsy, I have not been able to visualiize anything. Am I persuing a lost cause?

Young ones like yourself usually find meditation easier than adults do. Type in "meditation for children" in google and you will find lots of links. Bineral beats are very helpful , like theta beats. After you get used to meditation try contacting your spirit guide. another thing is to try to Astral project. If you can only watch and listen to this video, then you are entirely missing the point. The point, for lack of better wording, is to understand beyond our rational mind. Reaching enlightenment is achievable through meditation, which is achievable within ones self. Anything on the outside can be understood by looking inside. In conclusion, If you are asking if this works, it doesn't. You make it 'work' by understanding yourself. --- My apologies, I am a bit scatter-brained. :)

@Quick2000 why so negative?i believe u must be really close(from a place of our heart) or it wont work even if u do exercise1000times../.even if u mentally wish much2acheive/ I believe it works for those who are ready and this has nothing2do of who is more spiritual u just might be out of syncr. now.In the past i had spontaneous OBE and didn even know what is /later(and now) i had v.few lucid dreams but now when i tried briefly obe exercises i had no results

You should pray to God not to some "angels". 100% you are in demons possession and spread their religion to others. They will help you but to get to hell only. Time to wake up.

It worked for me, my higher self showed me an image of him being sniped at from atop a building, and falling a horrible death. I heard his yells. It was beautiful to be shown this. Thank you for showing me. Now I understand why I've been terrified of heights my entire life. I have been shown understanding. This was beautiful.

It's nonsense, but it's relaxing nonsense - I think so long as we don't succumb to mystical beliefs that undermine science and reason and recognize the potential to be really chilled out by mumbo-jumbo then all is well. With that said I'ma contact my higher self through the bong meditation...

and he didnt walk he just teleported to my seat!!

I have a question for any who may be in comm with their "higher" self than I might be. Does this aspect of oneself feel pain (suffering), anxiety, sorrow, and the like? Or is that aspect more of a nature of objective witnessing without drama and emotionality? Asked another way - is this higher aspect "cold" in attitude/nature? Is that what I might want to look for or expect? Thank you in advance to anyone who might like to respond to this.

@BooeyHogue From my experience... HS part feels everything, but sees things from a different perspective. She/He is spiritual well-being; egoless, etc.; made of love energy contraction expansion, and speaks to other souls through you in soul sign language, ego aside. Like your Twin Soul, HS knows the truth of Love; is on the bridge between realms and Earth. Try facade-dot-com, Stichomancy, ask your HS a ? Imagine out spiral, go to core of mind. "Wind Beneath My Wings" song speaks to HS.

This would be more useful to me without the presumptuous phrase "... Christ consciousness". I myself will not limit my perceptions or "visions" to the negative connotations associated with human "images" born of Christian thought. If Christ be there, fine. If not then I invite what/whoever may be my benevolent guide. Thank you

@BooeyHogue "Christ Consciousness" in this perspective is nothing to do with our human interpretations of Jesus Christ or is anyway biblical and very much outside the boundaries of orthodox "Christian" thought.. The individuals that make up the "Christ" in the bible were named such because they had attained Christ Consciousness which is a frequency within usall. My next video explains more on this & should be uploaded within the next few days.
