Those scooters are crap. I'd suggest saving to get a quality scoot from a rep. dealer. Go Genuine scooters, Aprilla, Vespa, Piaggio, Sym, Honda, or Yamaha. That way you KNOW that if something breaks or when you need servicing, spare parts are around.

I bought 50 scooter from these clowns. They told me they would roll out the red carpet for me if I need anything. All the scooters had carb problems and they told me they inspect everyone before sending out. When I call they put me on hold everyday for 45 before hanging up. There scooters are not EPA friendly. When I finally got in touch with a service tech for help he told me to go to a local scooter store for help. Karma is a bitch, cant wait to get to Cino, CA to crack some heads open.

I bought at scooter from these guys and it showed up with a speedometer that doesn't work, a seat latch which doesn't work. The first response I got when I called their service department was to just try reconnecting the speedometer and then to just "pull harder" on the latch. Needless to say, this advice was useless. Now they won't even return my email inquires. DO NOT do business with these people, they are not honest.

Getting advice over the phone or internet doesn't cut it. You need a dealer. Most of these Chinese scooters are not running. Some never did. Basically the scooter needs to have a dealership backing it up...Honda, Yamaha, Vespa/Aprilia/Piaggio, Kymco are the major names in scooters. Unless you are are prepared to do scooter repairs yourself, you better stick with one of these. A warranty is only as good as the company behind it.
