I do admit if it ended on episode 25 r2 it would be a great series and i want more code geass. im not saying its a good way to explain it but the way i thought about it is i remembered they had masks of lelouch and c2 could easily have worn a disguise and acted like lelouch, and died but that's just how i see it since c2 doesn't die.

People, the new season will not have Lelouch in it, it isnt R3. Yea, a bit of a disapointment, but why are people saying they wont even watch it because of that? He killed his dad who had a code (immortal code) and became immortal.
Lelouch always knows how to do things and live.
C.C has a contract with him, he can't die until that is fulfilled.

if ZZ can revive the dead than i would love for him to bring everybody back. i found that the series up til now was becoming one mindless battle after another. if they give lelouch an actual love life than i think it would make the anime a lot better. maybe it would take away from the plot though. honestly we'll just have to wait.

People, the new season will not have Lelouch in it, it isnt R3. Yea, a bit of a disapointment, but why are people saying they wont even watch it because of that? Yes, LuLu is very Epic and just about everyone loves him, but the STORY LINE in code geass was amazing, not to mention the fight scenes and character development. this new season is going to be good! from everything ive researched, its called "Code Geass Gaiden: Bokoku no Akito" there isnt much info on it, though.

for all of those who are wondering about lelouch he is alive becaaaaaause at the end the person driving the cart is lelouch futher more lelouch is imortal and gained the ablility (like c.c) to give geass in which he gives to suzaku and lelouch is at peace in the japanses counrty side so getting revinvolved in this war would upset me and him because he thought he left japan and the world at peace.

Wait, this doesn't make sense. These characters are from CODE GEASS: SHIKKOKU NO RENYA Manga or Code Geass: Renya of the Blackness. Basically set in the same universe as Code Geass but during a different time. From what I've heard the new series is based on that manga.

Ok guys,i am one that says lelouch didnt die bc cc has a code and that code granted immortality to lelouch.Like cc when she gets killed it takes time till she comes back.In the last episode of season 2,before they go to the ending nunally holds his hand,then some images of his life,and goes to the few seconds b4 end credits.It skips wat they do to lelouch and go to cc and it shows the driver and her.He still can be alive in r3!!:)
