@Einahpets1007: Sure it is and the funny part is this is much more enjoyable game overall than Phantom Hourglass ever was. People just tend to overlook this great title because of Tingle.. It's very UNIQUE game, it's HARD and it's FUN - it's basically everything that Phantom Hourglass never was.. Spirit Tracks will most likely take crown of best DS title (or I hope it will) ever released, but you Tingle haters should still give this underrated gem a go.

No it's an official release with english version included in the European release last year or so. I recommend you play it. Tho, I have not gained much respect for Tingle(Since he's still a greedy bastard in this game), it's still quite an enjoyable experience.
