  • can't get enough of this song !

  • me necanta

  • Darkwave wasn't only macabre and sad songs. Siouxsie produced also similar pieces of art wich weren't less "dark" than her's other works.

  • @talissin really? Where did you hear this?? SO sad. It makes sense

  • she doesnt like performing this song...it reminds her of her mother's death...

  • Some dork stole this cd from my room a long time ago. I missed this song and the 2nd track. Tearing us Apart.

  • Such a beautiful lovesong.

Only an old fart and an old punk would know? ..

The best copy ever! Of Steve Harley and Cockney Rebel and, A millon smiles from Sylvia Plath.

    Do make me smile.

  • i like this song too

i love the way siouxsie sounds happy (though i was put off at first cos it reminded me of full house for some reason)

but yeah. rapture was an amazing album

some songs like fall from grace and stargazer i just don't like

but they had the masterpiece "The Rapture"(Song) in it, and Falling Down and Not Forgotten showed that they were still the banshees

  • skywalker,starwars is a shity film.i said.

  • @skywalker74

I find listening to this, then listening to "Love in a Void," then listening to this again to be quite funny.

  • loved this song ever since I heard it in 1995 on MTV.

  • @strictlyriddim Whatever. Everyone knows they dont play music on MTV.

  • Cute Tortured Love

  • I think The Rapture is an awesome album despite what "true" fans may say. It reminds me of The Cocteau Twins mixed with Bjork's quirky sense of humor. I also find the video to be very sarcastic and funny considering it makes the little girls in it look like, well, lolitas!

  • @squishyoprahtacohair The Rapture is an AWESOME album...the sold called "true fans" need to get off their soap box and open their ears.

  • @squishyoprahtacohair EXACTLY... OMG U MENTIONED ALL MY FAV ARTISTS IN ONE <3333

  • @squishyoprahtacohair I know right? Most common complaint I hear is that it was too cheery, that they sold out for pop hits. But so what? The Cure did cheerful songs all the time and it was cool, but Siouxsie does it and everyone freaks out.

  • @supermonsterdeluxe this does sound like the cure. Thing is if your in a band your not going to produce the same stuff over and over and over. Many of them get fed up and need to shift the style. Dunno about anyone else but i get board at work if im doing the same thing for too long. lol
