Hello, I was also from BCC wave3a . That account was really nice i must say. but the company (APAC) is useless! They never give bonuses and increase to agents. So wether you are working there for 5 years you still earn 12,000 a month!
yeah! everytime I start my shift, I have to worry if my station has already been taken by someone else.. APAC lacks work stations!!
