You know this was my first State UNC game ever. We rushed over to the stadium after I got done competing in the NCHSAA Swimming Championsips that day and my dad gave my brother and I tickets. Dad didn't get one. He told my mom when he got back to the car he wished he could take us to a game where State had a chance to win against the tarheels. The atmosphere that day was awesome! Dad came to pick us up and saw TOB on the way out. Dad: "Welcome to NC State coach!" TOB: "How about that game!"

Roy said it after the game, our players wanted the game more and we won. If Coach Lowe hadn't had to go to the hospital for the second half in Chapel Hill who knows how that game may have ended (it was 41-40 at halftime IIRC). State had a talented team last year just not much in the way of depth. This year we have both so there should be two (or more) competitive games this year.
