Previous nuclear reduction treaties sailed through Congress in a matter of days and this one is backed by several prominent Republicans--former Secretaries of State, National Security Adivisers and military officials.
The only reason Republicans are blocking this is to make Obama look bad and give him a defeat---no matter what the cost.

It's not about Obama fighting over nothing, this is a very serious issue. Nuclear war is pretty damn important, you fat, self righteous turd. It's funny, I never heard a single fucking person say, "I want less government". I heard that they voted against whomever was in office. I heard that the economy was the chief issue on which people voted, and they voted against Democrats because they (wrongly) didn't see anything get better. (Things DEFINITELY got better, maybe not as much as they'd like, and if you wanna vote someone out on that alone, that's respectable enough).
