Nice tutorial. Is there a way to make this effect work with light text on a dark background? I've been playing with the settings in the hope that I can find a solution myself, but it always looks bizarre.

i also use illustrator cs4 but it doesnt seem to contain the fx button used in this tutorial (bevel - emboss etc). Is it a plugin or there are diffirent versions of the program?
