because a fly is much better than a p-42. being a good player does not require a really expensive guitar, and you can pick up a used(better than they make now) fly for around one grand. i own a p-44 and a fly and the fly sounds/plays/feels better.

by the way, deron promotes the nitefly which is about half the price of a normal fly.

the nitefly and the fly are the same thing except the nitefly has a bolt on(rhythem players only need a bolt on anyways).

A fly is only 200-400 more than a nitefly mojo or M.

prices have obviously changed with the us music corp takeover, i remember when a nitefly cost a little more than a grand when the fly was going for around 2100... i bought my fly for about 1000 on ebay which was brand new aside from some belt buckle scratches that you cant see anyway. and it was pre refined so its better than the new ones.
