I think I have found the reason why you think the crates are in Ken's Stage(although originally in World Warrior they were there in the stage) and the oil drum is in Guile's stage. It's because you thought the stage with the boat is Guile's. You have probably learned though now. Consider this intentional spam if you have learned.

Hey I recognize this stuff, I think they are in fact repainted Kinnikuman (Muscleman) figures. Just a quick note too, Guile's stage has the crates, and Ken's has the barrels, you got it the other way around.
