That Hanging Rock is north of Blackheath, in the Blue Mountains west of Sydney. It's an awesome place. I have stood at the gap shown at 0:38 but didn't jump it. It's not a big leap, but the landing is slightly awkward and death looms if you get it wrong.
I used to be an adventurer like you, but then I took an arrow to my knee.
