Oh, and it's Erich, the "Eri" is pronounced like in "Eric" but the "ch"... well, I don't think that exists in the english langauge, hmm... hard to explain, it's pronounced like the "sch" in "Basch" but without the "s" It kinda sounds like the spitting of a cat.
