@sbergman27 Sparta had always dispised Athens,Athens made plenty of peace treatys with sparta but never allied with them the peloponnesian war was Sparta fault for conquering other city states not athens,athens wanted to make peace an unify greece under a nation even though the city states would have been under free rule by them the spartans rejected this an destroyed themselfs anyway thats why its Sparta's fault not Athens
