In these verses God basically says: Leave alone those non-Muslims who have entered into a peace treaty with you and who have not broken their treaty by attacking you. Be righteous towards them. If they break their covenant and start killing Muslims, taking them prisoner, etc., then you do the same to them, but leave them alone if they repent.

In Mecca he was weak and powerless and used da'wa (the word) to try to convert. Then, laughed out of Mecca, he went to Medina, gathered a following, then an army, and then brought the world the beautiful concepts of jihad and "naisk" (cancelling out the nice, tolerant things from Mecca and replacing them with the new, vengeful, violent, jihad Islam).

Once people love each other, they can learn to pray for each other, help each other and have a meaningful dialogue. And once they are honest, they will be brave enough to let go of anything false that they were previously holding on to. In these verses God basically says: Leave alone those non-Muslims who have entered into a peace treaty with you and who have not broken their treaty by attacking you. Be righteous towards them. If they break their covenant and start killing Muslims, taking them prisoner, etc., then you do the same to them, but leave them alone if they repent.

@ISEL333: Many nations have lived and ruled over other places. But if all of them now have the right to claim those places back, there will be war and peace will be destroyed all over the world. The Jews have done this in Palestine, and now see the result: there is nothing but war and no peace. If you lost land 2000 years ago, you have to accept it and move on. Only Jews of Palestine have the right to live there. Some Jews are not even Israelites, but are Ashkenazi Khazars from Central Asia.

Everyone must study their Holy Books carefully and sincerely to find the truth. People close their eyes and follow their leaders like sheep. @ISEL333 : Yes, exactly!!! You are right. When many Muslims listen to their Imams and leaders, they think that everything they say is from the Qur'an. Many Jews, Christians, Hindus, etc., also do the same. Whetever their leaders say, they believe it is from GOD. People are often like cattle, like sheep. @ISEL333 : The scholars of the Bible themselves have written about the many hundreds of errors that are found in the biblical texts. Many Jewish and Christian scholars both agree on this fact. Sometimes footnotes were copied into the main text, and they became part of the text. Sometimes comments were included. Sometimes words were repeated. Sometimes whole sentences were removed by scribes. Usually, ordinary Jewish believers do not know these facts, so they think the Bible is error-free.

hi, the muslims say that in the bible say that god will send a prophet like moses,

@ISEL333 : The Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) showed many miracles and made many true prophecies. If you want to know if he is a true prophet, why not ask Elohim Himself? Ask Ha-Shem to show you if Muhammad (peace be upon him) was true or not. If you are sincere and you are patient, if you pray for many days with a pure heart, then Ha-Shem will answer you. Many of us have done this, and we received our answer from Ha-Shem through true dreams, visions and other signs. Try this. It is free.

@ISEL333 : That's ok, it is your right to believe or to disbelieve. Who knows if Muhammad (Peace be upon him) is true or not? The Rabbis do not know. Men and women do not know. Only Ha-Shem knows. I assure you, if you truly, sincerely ask Ha-Shem to show you, He will show you the truth of the Prophet of Islam. Then, if he is shown to be true, your duty will be - if you have the courage - to accept him.

@ISEL333 : Yes, I love Jews!!! Love for all, hatred for none. That is my motto. Why should I hate Jews when I know that they are God's creatures? I hate the evil things that men do, whether they are done by Jews or Christians or Muslims. But how can I hate people? Islam teaches love, not hate. Islam teaches love of goodness, and hatred for evil deeds. The Qur'an praises and honours good Israelites and condemns bad Israelites. And it does the same for all other peoples on earth.
