I am wondering, do you really NEED a stamp or can that be done with a paring knife to get that design on them? Those stamps are a little hard to find in stores and the shipping cost online is crazy.
lol, sorry to say that but this isn't the way to do it.
A real kaiser-roll must be formed without a tool. Check out how it's done correctly. It needs a bit of training though. What you've demonstrated here is what we (from the land of the kaiser-semmel) call Maschinensemmel (machined rolls).
