the unit is great buy the building sucks! on weekends impossible to get in and get out of your own building because is built in a public beach where the people from outside that goes to the beach has to park in your own building or use the public parking just in meters from your driveway, so that is a traffic of cars,vans, etc going in and out, waiting for an space, blocking your entrance.

Very nice tour. Thank you. I grew up in MB, off Alton Road, and now I want to go back for my retirement. I'll have to check out Sunny Isles, because the finish out on your unit looks excellent. I hope that your tenants keep it looking that good. I had some tenants in a rental house that ran off in the middle of the night and took my refrigerator with them. Good luck!
