Why is everyone trying to connect Twisted Metal: Black with the other games? It seems like everybody has their own explanation and somebody is always confused.

Guys...the truth is, Twisted Metal: Black is NOT part of the main storyline. It's an alternate universe game.

The main storyline is Twisted Metal, Twisted Metal 2, and Twisted Metal: Head-On. Black and Small Brawl are alternate universes and having NOTHING to do with the main series.

Still, the events in the game never happen, therefore it's not part of the main canon storyline. That's the point I'm trying to make. People keep trying to connect these storylines with the other games and they never make any sense and somebody is always confused about it.

Also, I'm aware of the secret message in the numbers, but Marcus was actually officially confirmed as being Needles in Head-On, which is the next canon game and takes place directly after TM2.
