Coles are pathetic - all they do are rip off old UK 60s songs and alter the lyrics to avoid paying royalties. They did the exact same thing in 2006 with The Hollies "Just one Touch", but changed it to "Just one Bite". This was to launch their "You'll love Coles" in-house brand.

Alan lancaster was the base player for this era. but left just after live aid in '85. John Edwards joined afterwards to carry on and be the base player to date. and you are all very correct, you cant get music like this nowadays. if you did, the world would be a better place and we wouldnt have so many pathetic excuses for musicians on the radio and in the charts...rap artists basically!

Coles are pathetic - all they do are rip off old UK 60s songs and alter the lyrics to avoid paying royalties. They did the exact same thing in 2006 with The Hollies "Just one Touch", but changed it to "Just one Bite". This was to launch their "You'll love Coles" in-house brand.

@369NICK963 Actually, it's still around. arrow . nl/rock (scroll down it has a frequency searcher.) But lately they've been playing some modern music too. Its a bit of a shame. City FM (Rebecca FM) Used to be good too, but it got cancelled a few weeks ago :(

Alan lancaster was the base player for this era. but left just after live aid in '85. John Edwards joined afterwards to carry on and be the base player to date. and you are all very correct, you cant get music like this nowadays. if you did, the world would be a better place and we wouldnt have so many pathetic excuses for musicians on the radio and in the charts...rap artists basically!

Is that what music should be about these days, extremely poor songwriting? Look up Lowkey - Revolution Music. Music with a message. Genres are bullshit, just like artists based on their individual merit. Status Quo are by no means the band you should be using to reinforce rock and roll's integrity...they're so infamous.
