@yassinePredateur I've been exercising regularly for well over a year now, but never got any real definition or tone to my abs. @KidJKAV If you want to get six pack the most important thing is a good diet and a low body fat % like 9 %. When you got that start doing thoose ab excercises every second day always rest the body part you trained!

I'm in my Highschool varsity volleyball team and this workout is perfect. It's just what I need to take me over the top. I can feel the results when I spike at the net. This workout is amazing.

I use to do a different work out. Been doing it for about 1 and a half months and got ok results. In the first day of doing this, I've never felt more exhausted or sore. Great work out, can't wait to see how I turn out in the future.
I do one hour of cardio just before doing this abs program.... and i do it 3 days in the week...believe me, my abs has never looked so better... check out my channel....

@23whiz increase your upper body strength with pushups and as you become stronger you should be able to do one pull up. from this point the number of pullups and pushups you can do will increase over time. you can also try hanging on the pullup bar with your chin above the bar for as long as you can.
when I do the Bicycle, my hips pop painfully when I take my legs down close to the floor... what other exersize could I do and get the same burning results?....

@moneymike554 You may never get a six, or an eight. The amount of abdominal muscles you have protruding is according to your genetics, only. Just workout, eat clean, and you'll show in no time.
Now I have followed this step by step last friday and today (sunday) ...Before that I worked out 3 weeks at the high school gym, doing various different exercises, so now I have finished my 3rd week of working out, and I must say...
...I do feel some change like I feel better after each training and also there seems to be little visible change (especially my arms)...But there is still a long way to go, but I intend to keep working out and varying my exercises :)
@XxHYMERSxX don't worry, it just sais that your hip flexors are weaker than your abs. it will take a few more times until your hip flexors are stronger, then you shoul feel it more in your abs. and just make sure u use perfect form :)

I love bicycles there my favorite abb exercises, i had trouble at first learning how to do them and keeping the rhythm, ( trying to go from a 6 pack to a 8 pack) but you first just need to do the rhythm with your feet then add on your arms. (its really easy, depending on your physical fitness level.)

I love bicycles there my favorite abb exercises, i had trouble at first learning how to do them and keeping the rhythm, ( trying to go from a 6 pack to a 8 pack) but you first just need to do the rhythm with your feet then add on your arms. (its really easy, depending on your physical fitness level.)
