  • @yassinePredateur I've been exercising regularly for well over a year now, but never got any real definition or tone to my abs. Seen this video just over a month ago and I fit it into my routine, which I complete 6 times per week, for roughly 30 - 40mins. I'm no expert so honestly, I'm just grateful it worked for me. Have a healthy diet and eat lean meats... And definitely listen to Brandon, he's the man who's got the knowledge and is an expert. Watch his other videos, there all just as helpful.

But i have one question i am not a big guy im like 5 feet 9 inches and weigh 145 pounds. Do you think this workout is going to work for me alone or does i need to do more cardio workout like biking?.

  • it says in this workout that dont do it again till your not sore.. i did it and i wasnt sore would it be okay to do it more then once a day or would that be bad?

  • yo brandon, i've been trynna get a 6 pack 4ever bro...i constantly switch up my ab workouts..i do this one... the level 1 and 2 ab workout from passion 4 profession...some freerunner named keith's workout... another one of your's...and this 2 minute workout with no rest...iz it cuz i'm only 15 or why can't i get a 6 pack?

  • @KidJKAV If you want to get six pack the most important thing is a good diet and a low body fat % like 9 %. When you got that start doing thoose ab excercises every second day always rest the body part you trained!

  • @IrinaBackUp would be dumb to do that. Muscles needs time to rest, its resting after a workout that makes the work shine through.

  • I'm in my Highschool varsity volleyball team and this workout is perfect. It's just what I need to take me over the top. I can feel the results when I spike at the net. This workout is amazing.

  • Hey! Great workout, really feel every part of my abs..done 3times till today and results are awesome! I have been working out in gym 4-5 times per week, almost 2 years now and have never had such results in such short period of time! :))

    I don't have any big problems going through this exercise and I was wondering if you can for example add 1 round of iron butterflies or bicycles to make it even harder???

  • ooou, there is something else...I do this after my weight session, and I burn literaly more fat doing this than at weight :P and I'm serious when it comes to lifting :) ...so, I was wondering if I can do this instead of HIT session on cardio machine???

  • hey Brandon! i really hope u can answear this! im a boy at the age of 15 im skinny and i train alot of soccer and strength training. but when it comes to getting abs it's like nothing happens. I have tried out some of ur workouts and after around 3-4 weeks i could really see some result so i kept on training but then it's like it just disappairs :( i dont know if this is because im growing alot on height at the moment or what. PLEASE tell me what to do!

  • I use to do a different work out. Been doing it for about 1 and a half months and got ok results. In the first day of doing this, I've never felt more exhausted or sore. Great work out, can't wait to see how I turn out in the future.

  • @dlambp25 hello mate... i think 2 or 3 times in the week... that depend on your free times... believe me it's really good.. so i can adise you to do some cardio (maybe 30minutes) before dooing that).

  • @XboxRubbish8 first, start a low fat diet. Second, do what this guy do for about 6 - 9 months your 6 or 5 pack should be looking good

  • @23whiz lose your body fats if not is going to be just too hard

  • @23whiz increase your upper body strength with pushups and as you become stronger you should be able to do one pull up. from this point the number of pullups and pushups you can do will increase over time. you can also try hanging on the pullup bar with your chin above the bar for as long as you can.

  • when I do the Bicycle, my hips pop painfully when I take my legs down close to the floor... what other exersize could I do and get the same burning results?....

  • @moneymike554 You may never get a six, or an eight. The amount of abdominal muscles you have protruding is according to your genetics, only. Just workout, eat clean, and you'll show in no time.

  • Now I have followed this step by step last friday and today (sunday) ...Before that I worked out 3 weeks at the high school gym, doing various different exercises, so now I have finished my 3rd week of working out, and I must say...

  • ...I do feel some change like I feel better after each training and also there seems to be little visible change (especially my arms)...But there is still a long way to go, but I intend to keep working out and varying my exercises :)

  • @XxHYMERSxX don't worry, it just sais that your hip flexors are weaker than your abs. it will take a few more times until your hip flexors are stronger, then you shoul feel it more in your abs. and just make sure u use perfect form :)

  • I love bicycles there my favorite abb exercises, i had trouble at first learning how to do them and keeping the rhythm, ( trying to go from a 6 pack to a 8 pack) but you first just need to do the rhythm with your feet then add on your arms. (its really easy, depending on your physical fitness level.)
