I've just noticed something, it was only 4kids that brought in Eggman's "hooo ho ho ho ho ho!" In the English version, and luckily I noticed just as I was about to ask why he didn't do it in this game.

I really liked the idea of one player playing as whole team, and I think this game could have been great if it wasn't for the repetition with the other teams, and without the 'super power of teamwork!' nonsense, of course.

I liked the team mechanic, as it added some variety in the game instead of holding right the entire time.

I also like it how you barely take recognition of old characters such as Team Chaotix and Metal Sonic.

To each his own bro. That's just our/my opinion and no ones forcing you to watch. We appreciate both 2d and 3d sonic and as far as breaking up gameplay it is always a good idea. Look at Ratchet and Clank games when you switch between Ratchet/Clank it's fantastic. But then you have Unleashed where you play as the fucking werehog and you just wish you were holding X and Right. I don't hate the team mechanics it just get's boring having the three characters play so similar.

Personally, I think Shadow was actually the last good one.

Then we got into the crap combo that was Sonic 06 and, to a lesser extent, Secret Rings (the only Sonic game I have NEVER been able to beat, besides Riders).

But things have started to get better with Unleashed and Black Knight.

This was the first BAD game because Sonic Adventure 2/Sonic Adventure 2 Battle were the best for the time being. The graphics were almost perfect...Ryan Drummond was different in this game and had more of a higher voice along with Knuckles and Tails!
