i hate how the the women in the car accident [Joan I think?] acts like her mother and her have been the worse off and how they're terribly hurt....she doesnt give any consideration to anyone else. she's dramatic and selfish....

One of the best episodes I think....Smithy being the ever professional throughout and not letting the rumours affect his duty......Bless him!!
