haha. Waterproof servos, sealed receiver boxes, nimh batteries or use balloons for your lipo and make sure the speed control is in a water tight housing like a small plastic box that is siliconed closed and sealed. Then brushed motors can run under water. Or basically some of the same things used to seal rc boats electronics.

The trucks are all bought, then big dollar spent on modding, not much will do all that standard. An SCX10 is a good start but you will need a few upgrades and mods to say the least.
