This is my very favorite quest, perhaps because it inspires me to think about the Forsaken and how it happened a queen rose to power. I suppose I will wiki now, in game I never remember. Lovely character explanation, the necklace, the animation. Most of all the song is terrific and beautifully sung

It's so chilling, it made me stop in my path when I heard it as a mere 23 UD Warlock (someone handed in the quest during my presence in UC).

Blizzard have animated this character with this song, and the story behind it and her. She becomes alive with her words and sorrow and builds a story to her history. This is the sort of features WoW offers that brings gaming into the 21st century. A world, that is believable, full of themes and narrative. Brilliant!

I'm Alliance (mostly, haven't gotten quest on BE), so I havent' done this quest, but does it put the words she sings into the chat box? If so, if you are a BE, can you read the words she sings in Thalassian? So you can understand what she's singing and you can read it in english.

Well, since you asked, Im first a vocalist *hence my appreciation -of- the song* I've sung blues, classic rock, R&B, spanish ballad, and a multitude of period-esque language styles including Latin, folk german, Turkish folk, japanese (contemporary and folk), and celt/irish, and traditional european classical. As for instruments, I play Bass and Piano/keyboard. Of the latter i prefer classical. As you can tell i love talking about music, lol!
