@FireGrey Yes it is possible. However this is very costly. A custom PCB would need to be designed with probably small traces and multiple layers, and different (smaller) components would need to be chosen.
@FireGrey A 3DS would accept this DS flashcard and play Bomberman like it was an original gamecard. Infact, the flashcard behaves exactly like a DS gamecard. Now, 3DS gamecards are a totally different matter.
Would it be possible to compress that to the size of a normal DS Game?

And it seems that this method you have shown on the video also works on the 3DS for 3DS games.
